Are there toilets and changing rooms on the boat?
Yes, there are toilets and changing rooms on the boat. Showers are also available.
What is the depth of the Blue Cave and Biijasu?
The Blue Cave ranges from 5 to 20 meters, and Biijasu ranges from 3 to 20 meters.
How many people can the boat accommodate?
The boat can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.
The original passenger capacity is 50, so there is plenty of space on board, including cabins.
Is it okay for those who are not good at swimming?
For those who are snorkeling for the first time or are not familiar with the water, we recommend the Blue Cave x Biijasu course, which has a relatively shallow depth and is close to the boarding point, or the Beach course.
How long is the boarding time?
It takes about 5 minutes from the harbor to the Blue Cave and about 5 minutes from the Blue Cave to Biijasu.
Can I have photos taken during snorkeling or diving?
Yes, our instructors will take photos during the tour. All the photos will be sent to you via LINE or email by the next day.
What are the criteria for holding the tour?
The tour will be canceled in case of strong north winds or waves over 3 meters from March to November. We do not operate the tour from December to February due to the influence of north winds.

What is the difference between Experience Diving and Slow Diving?
Experience Diving is a typical scuba diving activity. Slow Diving involves diving with a special full-face mask that has been patented. Slow Diving is recommended for beginners.
What is the depth of Kayaffa?
The depth ranges from 5 meters at low tide to 7 meters at high tide.
What is the water temperature of Kayaffa?
From May to October, the water temperature ranges from 24 to 30 degrees Celsius, allowing you to swim in just a swimsuit. From November to April, the water temperature is around 22 to 26 degrees Celsius, so it feels warm underwater, but we recommend wearing a wetsuit due to the lower land temperature.
Can I participate even if I have poor eyesight?
Yes, we provide masks with prescription lenses.
If you wear contact lenses, we recommend wearing them during the activity.
Are there toilets and showers available?
Since it is a natural location, there are no toilets or showers on the beach. However, there are nearby toilet facilities, and our staff will provide bottled water for rinsing after the tour.
What are the criteria for holding the tour?
The tour can proceed even in the rain. However, in the case of thunderstorms, strong winds, or waves over 3 meters, we will assess the situation and make a decision. The tour cannot be conducted during a direct hit by a typhoon.
Is it okay if I'm not a good swimmer?
Our snorkeling guides are designed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. We provide gentle guidance and support.

About the meeting location?
We have two locations on the south coast and west coast of Miyakojima. The exact location will be determined based on the sea conditions on the day, and we will inform you the day before or on the day.
What is the difference between Skin Diving and Snorkeling?
Skin diving is diving without using underwater breathing apparatus, where you hold your breath and dive. Snorkeling is enjoying swimming in relatively shallow waters while breathing through a snorkel on the water's surface.
What is the chance of seeing sea turtles?
It is almost a 100% chance of seeing sea turtles.
At what depth and distance can we see them?
Sea turtles are often found at depths of around 2m to 5m. You can approach them to a distance of about 50cm when they surface near the water.
However, touching the sea turtles is prohibited as it may disrupt their ecosystem.
Can we see other marine life besides sea turtles?
While sea turtles are the main attraction, we can also take you to spots where you can see other fish and corals if you are interested.
Are there toilets and showers available?
There are toilets available in the vicinity, but we recommend using them before the tour starts. We provide simple showers, but if you want warm water, there are hot springs nearby that you can use.

What are the criteria for conducting the tour?
The tour is conducted in locations with relatively calm winds and waves. If the wind is strong or the waves are high, there is a high possibility of cancellation. We will inform you by the day before or in the morning in case of cancellation.
What is SUP?
SUP stands for Stand Up Paddleboard, which is an activity where you stand on a board and paddle to move on the water surface.
Can beginners participate?
Yes, beginners can enjoy SUP regardless of gender and age.
Can small children participate?
We have stable SUP boards for two or three people, so even small children can join by riding with their parents.
Please consult with us if you have children under the age of 5.
Can we have photos taken during the tour?
Yes, the instructor will take photos during the tour. We can also arrange for drone photography upon request. The photo data will be sent to you via LINE or email by the next day.

What are the criteria for conducting the tour?
The tour may be canceled in the case of a full moon or when clouds obstruct the view of the stars. We also consider the impact of strong winds. Please note that tours are not conducted during the months of December to February due to the influence of north winds.
What is the recommended attire?
Bright-colored clothes such as white, red, or yellow tend to appear better in the photos. It is recommended to wear sandals (without heels) for comfortable walking.
When will we receive the photos taken?
The edited photo data will be sent to you via LINE or email within approximately one day.
What should we do during the shooting?
Nighttime photography requires longer shutter speeds, so please stay still for about 10
How many shots can be taken?
On average, it's around 7 to 10 shots per person, but there is no specific limit as long as it's within the allotted time.
How many people can participate?
There is no limit on the number of participants, but for groups exceeding 10 people, it may require some additional time for the photo shoot, so it will be necessary to consult beforehand.
