The breathtaking "Blue Cave" mysterious color light, coupled with a variety of growing corals, is absolutely comparable to the scenery of Yabiji.
Swim toward the narrow hole, you can see the Sweepers gathered. Continue swimming deeper and farther, you will feel you're living in a dark world. Look back, you will explore the glory sun shine at the cave entrance, and crystal-like blue light sprinkling in the sea. The "Blue Grotto" is named by this extremely beautiful scenery.
Next, We will take you to a super secret place "Bijas" that was destroyed by the predation and destruction of the crown of thorns starfish more than ten years ago. The table corals here have recovered to a degree that is more beautiful than Yabiji. Here you can enjoy the terrain created by nature for Miyakojima, and admire the mysterious and magnificent coral!
Different with another blue caves around the world, the blue cave in Miyakojima is entered by a narrow cave entrance, which can only be passed by one person at a time, extending from the cave entrance to the depths of the cave. Looking back at the deepest point, You will see the sunlight shining in this cave, the dynamic light and the wonderful beauty of nature created by the terrain. In addition, the schools of fish inhabiting the cave melt into the light and shadow, a breathtaking experience that can only be experienced in Miyakojima.
In 2012, most of the coral in Bijyas was destroyed by the crown-of-thorns starfish, leaving only the skeleton. In 2016, an unusually high sea temperature lasted for three months, leading to coral bleaching. However, corals in Bijyas have now recovered to some extent due to the massive bleaching and respawning and implantation of corals that have adapted to the high temperature. In other words, the corals that are slowly growing in Bijyas are vibrant and struggling to fight climate change.
In addition to flat expansion, corals also have three-dimensional growth corals, and their healthy growth rate even exceeds that of Yabiji corals. Bijyas Coral Reef is full of various marine life and corals and is one of the best snorkeling spots in Miyakojima.
We will conduct ECO "No Touch Manner" snorkeling lecture on a spacious boat. However, since the depth of the water is about 5m, it is recommended for those with experience in snorkeling.
You can swim around with the fish's perspective lightly. You can experience a different free diving sensation at two points, the Blue Cave and Villa's.If you have snorkeling experience, you can join from the age of 10.
If you want to keep the memories of the sea, leave it to our camera-loving coaches! The coaches will help you take more photos in the Blue Cave and Bijyas, and the photos will be sent to you after the event. If the weather is good, you may even take pictures with drone!!
If you don't experience diving, it's not Fun dive, you can also take a plane during the day. If there is no traffic jam, it only takes 20 minutes to drive to Shimojishima Airport, and about 30 minutes to Miyako Airport.
The predecessor of the ship was a large ship with a maximum capacity of 50 passengers. Low center of gravity, strong anti-shake, you can enjoy the fun of sailing on the spacious deck. There are toilets in the boat, with clean water for simple washing and changing room!
Blue Cave is only 5 minutes by boat from Sarahama Port on Irabu Island. It takes only 8 minutes from the Blue Cave to Bijyas. It's not as far away as Yabiji (30-60 minutes). The sailing time is short, which is reassuring for those who are prone to motion sickness.

Lets Go!
Meet up at the port, change and get ready to Go !
Arrive at the dive site, snorkeling classroom
Depart from the port, and you will arrive at the Blue Cave in about 5 minutes!
We will explain to you how to put on a snorkeling mask and how to breathe on the boat, and explain the coral-friendly snorkeling methods and the etiquette of diving experience. We firmly believe that as long as one more snorkeling guest abides by the "No Touch Manner" and learns the etiquette of the ocean world close to nature, it will be a contribution to the protection of corals.
9:15
The trip officially begins! First of all, the Blue Cave!
After the snorkeling lecture, you can use the ladder on the boat to disembark slowly! After immersing your face in the water and slowly getting used to the breathing method of snorkeling, let's start snorkeling! Facing the small entrance of the cave, my heart was pounding! ! Inside the cave, you can see a mystical sight, the whole cave is blue due to the sunlight coming in from the entrance. There are also fish that only live in caves, and they swim under the blue light in the background. You can also take pictures in the cave! Mysterious sights and customers' smiles are perfectly captured in the photos.
We will adjust according to the situation of the day. You can rest on the boat or snorkel freely near the cave. Depending on the situation and the number of participants, there may be about 30 minutes of free time.

Bijyas
Arrived Bijyas! Time to enjoy second time snorkeling.
One of the charms of Bijyas is that you can enjoy different landscapes, in the shallow waters, where you can see corals that have survived the effects of bleaching and are recovering remarkably. The deep water area of Bijyas has a water depth of 10 meters or more, but it is crystal clear and is the best place to appreciate large coral reefs.
12:00
Back to port, disband
The activity is over, return to the port, and the tour ends. You can simply shower and change on board.
Snorkeling Course
[From a female customer in her 30s]
The Blue Cave and the snorkeling spots were
superb and I truly had a wonderful time.
I participated in the tour by myself.
The Blue Cave and the snorkeling spots were superb and I truly had a wonderful time.
The location was top-notch, but more than anything else, the staff members were so kind that I want to repeat the experience just because of that.
They even taught me how to swim, so I think beginners would feel safe.
I used to have the impression that tours always made me feel rushed, but it was really nice to be able to enjoy snorkeling at a relaxed pace. I would like to recommend this tour to everyone! I also definitely want to participate again when I go to Miyakojima. Thank you very much.
Snorkeling + Skin Diving Course
[From a male customer in his 30s]
If you're coming to Miyako Island,
just snorkeling from the beach felt like a missed opportunity. It was a wonderful experience.
On my recent trip to Miyako Island, I participated in a snorkeling tour for the first time.
Although I was traveling alone, the staff looked after me and I felt comfortable participating on my own!
For reference, during the session I joined, there were four groups of two and two individual participants, totaling ten people.
I'm not particularly good at swimming and had only snorkelled two or three times near the beach.
This time, in addition to snorkeling, I also experienced skin diving!
Although you can enjoy snorkeling enough, it became a good memory to be able to dive several meters with skin diving.
Skin diving requires practicing techniques such as diving methods and equalizing ear pressure, but I was taught carefully near the boat at the beginning.
Thanks to that, I was able to dive to around 4 to 5 meters.
Furthermore, traveling by boat allowed me to see many coral reefs and fish that couldn't be seen from the land.
Many of the staff members were friendly, making it a recommended tour even for beginners at snorkeling.
If you're coming to Miyako Island, just snorkeling from the beach felt like a missed opportunity. It was a wonderful experience.
